Outside Base

This isn't what it says. It isnt a base where you can go inside it is just outside the rock entrance where the waterfall is to ENTER the Akatsuki base. It is a very wide and long ways of field before that which no one comes around so you may also train there if you'd like. As stated, Akatsuki members only unless you talk to me or you're being captive.
